Calendar plugin

With the Calendar plugin, Daily notes are handled in a special manner.

This plugins does the following:

• Create a +Calendar (virtual) note rendering a calendar linking to the daily notes
• Suppress daily notes from Sidebar listing
• Add a panel containing “next” and “prev” day links under Daily notes
